Within the United Arab Emirates, these Marks are protected under applicable legislation, including but not limited to:

Applicable anti-commercial fraud and unfair competition regulations
Unauthorized use of the Marks within the UAE may constitute trademark infringement, commercial fraud, misrepresentation, and unfair competition, and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

Globally, the Marks are protected under applicable laws and international frameworks, including but not limited to:

The Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property
The TRIPS Agreement (WTO)
Applicable national trademark and unfair competition laws in relevant jurisdictions

Prohibited Uses

Without prior express written authorization, the following actions are strictly prohibited in any jurisdiction:

Enforcement & Legal Remedies

JUSCOGEN & ALCOP-JCA reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights globally and within the UAE to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Legal action may include, but is not limited to:

Cease-and-desist notices
Civil proceedings for damages, loss of profits, and reputational harm
Injunctive relief
Recovery of legal fees and enforcement costs
Criminal complaints where applicable under UAE law
Cross-border enforcement actions where misuse occurs internationally

Reporting Violations

Any unauthorized or suspected misuse of the Marks should be reported immediately through official communication channels. We actively monitor and pursue infringement across jurisdictions, including digital platforms.

Severability & Jurisdiction

This notice is intended to have global effect. If any provision is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Permission Requests

For licensing, authorized use, or partnership inquiries, prior written approval must be obtained from JUSCOGEN & ALCOP-JCA; which will be reflected in a contract.
Unauthorized use without such approval is strictly prohibited.

Strict Enforcement Notice

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, registration, or exploitation of the Marks, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and will be aggressively pursued to the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates and worldwide.

JUSCOGEN & ALCOP-JCA/ JusCogen & Alcop- maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward infringement, dilution, cybersquatting, passing off, or any activity that may compromise its intellectual property rights or brand integrity.

Violators shall be subject to immediate legal action without further notice, including but not limited to injunctive relief, financial damages, account/domain suspension, asset seizure, and, where applicable, criminal prosecution.

Cross-border enforcement mechanisms may be invoked, and offenders may be pursued in any jurisdiction where harm, access, or infringement occurs.

By accessing, using, or interacting with any materials associated with the Marks, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this notice and all applicable intellectual property laws.
